Application

Poly/PVC insulated winding wire commonly known as “SUBMERSIBLE COPPER WINDING WIRE” and used in submersible pump motors of all sizes for domestic and industrial applications. Our winding wires are being supplied to all major submersible pump manufacturers and thousands of re-winders within the country and abroad.

Standard

A complete quality assurance testing by instruments covering all governing standards is available. The test standards followed are IS 8783:1995.

Construction

Poly Wrapped Winding Wires

The pure electrolytic grade annealed copper conductor is wrapped with thin polyester film which provides for high electrical and thermal properties.The secondary dual insulation is Biaxial Oriented Poly Proplyene (BOPP) films which enable proper fusing of insulating material. It has excellent mechanical strength and is abrasion resistant. The most modern plant with sophisticated wrapping heads & in-line continuous heat shrinkage furnace is installed to get uniform covering.

PVC Insulated Winding Wires

The pure electrolytic grade annealed copper conductor is insulated with a superior grade HR PVC compound with uniform thickness by using most modern machinery and extrusion techniques to give it the necessary electrical strength and resistance to abrasion.
