In our country, there is an increasing concern for security and continuous surveillance is now becoming one of the top most priorities. The continuous surveillance is finding growing acceptance in the places like industrial areas, commercial and shopping complexes, airports, railway stations, roads etc. This type of surveillance and monitoring is done by installing very sensitive cameras at various locations. These cameras are connected to the data centre with high precision cable circuits for continuous monitoring and recording even the most minute details.

BONFLEX CCTV Cables are used with combination of communication and power wires. The communication (coaxial) wire are used to optimize the quality of images and video signals by the camera and to communicate with the data centre. The other 3 or 4 power wires are used for powering the cameras. The communication cable are typically like RG 6/RG 59 or any other type as per the customer specification.

Construction

In CCTV Cables, coaxial cable consists of solid annealed bare copper conductor of electrolytic grade which is insulated with gas injected physical foam polyethylene, wrapped with alluminium foil , jelly flooded, and braided with Alluminium Alloy. The other power wires in the cable come with flexible annealed tinned copper conductor, insulated with PVC in different colour codes. These insulated cores are laid up along with coaxial cable and further jacketed with White FR PVC . These cables are suitable for all indoor and outdoor applications as the PVC jacket offer UV protection.
